Posted on February 11, 2013José Andrés will unveil his very first cocktail-centric concept on February 15, barmini by José Andrés, a hub of chef-driven libations that will pay homage to the golden era of cocktails and forgotten techniques. Located in Washington’s Penn Quarter at 855 E Street NW, adjacent to minibar, barmini will serve as José’s cocktail lab for all of his restaurants and projects. Barmini will be open for cocktails and bar snacks Tuesday through Thursday, from 6PM – 1AM, and Friday and Saturday, from 6PM – 2AM. Cocktails will range from $14 – $20, while bar snacks will range from $5- $16. Reservations for the 23-seat space at barmini can be booked online at www.minibarbyjoseandres.com.
